Bank of America Financial Center — Local services in Atlanta

I am new to the Atlanta area and discovered that BOA was 3 short blocks from my job. I have been to this location 3 times and each time I went in I was always the next person on line lol and I always got the same teller Ms. Kathy. She is always smiling and she always gives me such a wonderful greeting, making me feel like she knew me. lol She answers my million and one questions with a smile, never have an attitude or act like she's tired of me. She makes me laugh because shes always so chipper lol I just want to thank her for making my experience in THIS BOA a great one EVERY TIME I go in there. Thanks Ms. Kathy, keep smiling. People always complain when bad customer service is given, so I think its good to commend excellent customer service. So thank you again Ms Kathy. Continued...

I went here today to deposit a check into my account on my lunch break. I was told the teller was on lunch. One teller in this huge bank during lunch..This is the time when alot of people are handling business, during their lunch break. I counted 4 other employees in the bank standing around. Ome was there with a computer, greeting. What?! There wasnt anyone to greet. What a joke! I will be closing my account when the teller gets back...

Takes way too long for simple transactions. Worst bank I've ever been to. One week I went in with a Bank of America payroll check, and they say it's not in the system. Like a check, from them, wasn't in their system so they couldn't cash it. I waited for like 3hours and still couldn't cash it. One week the system freezes so someone else has to cash it, like there's just a bunch of complications here that...
