Jim and Ivan gave our company 'excellent' service, price. Their communication (phone & email) was perfect. We are located in Florida and were attending a tradeshow in Atlanta. We had a large amount of Posters needed in just a couple days some were very large. They quoted, quickly, and then completed and delivered the order above what was asked. They even thoughtfully included hand sanitizer etc....to be helpful. When one of their machines broke down that would handle making one of our very large posters...they still went ahead and upgraded the poster and met the need with a higher priced finished poster without charging the difference. This was a rush order and it had inconvenient delivery needs but they still handled it graciously (they had to wait an hour to make sure our posters were going to be delivered properly to us by the people at the tradeshow)....They could have just dropped them off and left. They sent us pictures by email of the posters before they were delivered. That is very helpful when you are ordering out of state. Thank you Jim and Ivan! Hi: I wanted to share how amazing this company's service is in Atlanta Midtown! I was traveling for conference and remembered I needed a color copy of something for our booth the next morning. It was 9 pm at night and I called to see if they could print for me. The gentleman working was so helpful and even WALKED my copy to me at the hotel. I could not believe it! So helpful and kind.
