The Arrangements were for my besties with two separate locations for delivery! I called and Enchanted Blooms ATL made it happen. I had left some delivery info out on one delivery, and Enchanted Blooms ATL called to make sure my delivery got to my friend. They even followed up several times to make sure. I even got delivery notification and they added a picture of each delivery (nice touch)💯✨✨Now that’s some customers service that will have me choosing them every time💯💯💯💯. I was unable to check the status until just recently (I did not find it appropriate to call my friend and ask her if she received the flowers while grieving). I reached out to the shop and the owner sent me a picture of the delivery. The unit number was visible in the picture. It was not the correct unit number (the one I included in my order). The owner’s response was that security had directed her to that unit. While I expressed my understanding for the mistake and accident, I requested the error be rectified. She continued to circle back to security leading her to that unit. She didn’t offer a single apology or resolution other than calling the complex to look into the matter.
