Absolutely terrible experience with Eneni's Gardens Florist in Atlanta. I placed a very personal and important order for my wife’s mother’s funeral and gave clear instructions that were completely ignored. To make matters worse, they signed the card with “Willie” my name is not Willie! This mistake was both careless and deeply disrespectful.

When I called to address the issue, the owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of showing compassion or taking responsibility, he dismissed my concerns. This was one of the most insensitive and frustrating customer service experiences I have ever had.

The flowers themselves were not enough to make up for the disrespect and lack of care shown. I will never use this florist again, and I strongly urge others to stay away. I'm with a florist and called this florist to help a customer send an order for mothers day. Spoke with a lady at the business she said if they received the order within 30 minutes they would take it, I told her I had to get approval from my customer first. I sent the order to them in 5 minutes of speaking to her. 20 minutes later I get a call that they are canceling the order, I called the florist same lady answered the phone I said I had spoke to you about an order she yelled their van had already left. I told her well you said you would take the order if it was sent back to you within 30 minutes she said van left I don't have time to fool with you and hung the phone up.
