Lanier Parking System — Local services in Atlanta

Convenient location for World of Coca Cola, but that's the only positive thing. The parking lot closed at 6PM, which is the same time as World of Coca Cola. "After hours," most of the entrances are blocked off.

It almost seemed like we wouldn't be able to access our car until another similarly confused person pushed the button to speak to an attendant, who directed us to an entrance which we had already confirmed was closed. As a last resort, he scanned his ticket at one of the locked stairwells, which then opened. This wouldn't be a bad arrangement except for the fact that there are no signs indicating that you need to bring your parking ticket with you. We had left ours in the car, as some other parking places require.

We spent about 25 minutes driving in this parking garage scraping the top of our van that was below the maximum height bar. The entrance was fine, but as we got deep into the parking garage we were met with low ducts and pipes. We had to inch our way through and reroute just to get back out. Then we were charged $6.00! We spoke to the attendant to waive the parking fee since we weren't able to park, but he said he couldn't help us and then started talking on his cellphone. I thought he was calling a manager or someone, but nope...it was a personal call. Why is there even an attendant there?? We would certainly appreciate a refund on this utter waste of...

Parked here to go visit the aquarium. After leaving the aquarium, walked back to the entrance gate to get back to my car and the gate was closed. So after freaking out and calling the number on Google maps, the number is supposedly disconnected. So not knowing of what to do on getting to my vehicle, I decided to walk around the block to go to the exit side, talk about uncomfortable on walking by yourself as being a female.
