First let me start by saying the entire staff is incredibly helpful and exhibit awesome customer service. I was literally helped by multiple employees while there. I came in with a cut in my tire. Matt, I believe heâs the manager, he was not only a great resource of information but he took the time to explain to me the importance of the features on my Specialized Bike and how the functionality of the bike works. He educated me on the difference in the tireâs offered for my bike and he took his time with me during my shopping experience. I also received help from another guy in the store with the purchase of cycling shortsâŚhe too went above and beyond to assist me with my purchase. I ended up leaving and as the day would have it lol, I had a flat on the opposite tire and called the store to let them know that the time frame in which I could return would be right at the time of closing. I had no other way to get back home of course and Matt told me âwe will wait for you to arrive and service your bike so you can make it back homeâ. I arrived 5 minutes after the closing time and Matt and the team were there waiting and got me back riding and for that I am so grateful!!!!
The Atlanta Beltline is lucky to have such an awesome shop right on the Beltline! I highly recommend Specialize Atlanta for all your cycling needs!

Went in last weekend and couldnât believe how friendly everyone was while we shopped for new bikes. Daniel helped us with our selection and while he was balancing all the customers coming in on a busy Saturday, Maya helped get us setup to go on a test ride. He was very knowledgeable and had some great tips for us. The bikes pretty much sold themselves but what made us want to purchase them that day was the above and beyond customer service. Daniel is super knowledgeable about all their bikes and helped us narrow our choices down to what would be perfect for each of us. We just picked up the bikes today and Daniel greeted us like we had been coming in for years and Tito(sp?) finished the transactions for us, made a few last minute tweaks to the seat post and tires along with giving us a rundown of how the first week should go and to come back to make sure everything is running smoothly.    Read moreEarl and Tito did a great job explaining to me my options as it pertained to the wheel and tire warranty. They went above and beyond to research what is covered and provided me with a beautiful Levo Comp loaner while they worked on my bike. After riding the comp I realized that it may be time to upgrade the brakes and fork among other things. Earl and his team did a great job answering my numerous questions and helped me to fine tune my selections by providing their perspective. The new Rockshox (RC3) fork took three months to arrive and they allowed me to ride the loaner all that time while I "waited." Experiencing the upgraded components on the loaner provided me with great feedback about which parts to upgrade. The Specialized Atlanta team exceeded my expectations in all categories when compared to the competition since I bought my Levo a year and half ago. I particularly find their text communication system which is very efficient and eliminates the need for lengthy phone calls that can disrupt customer service in the shop.
