The store has impressive collection, and I initially had a positive impression until my experience on Sunday 11/26 at approximately 4:30 PM. After that; I will not return! As I was about to checkout my stuff, a staff member comes to me and tells me go back to fitting room to put the two outfits I had left there to put back on silver rack, thereby preventing me from proceeding to checkout. This had happened Despite few customers, no clear instructions or help at the fitting room. Poor organization and communication diminished the shopping experience I don’t understand which business stops a customer from checking out and tells them to go back to fitting room and put the 2 dresses back to rack? Just have a clear sign or maybe have an attendant! not to forget the employees, when approached with questions, exhibited a discourteous demeanor and show attitude Such treatment of customers is unbecoming of a reputable business!
