I left a watch with them at Christmas and haven't heard anything from anybody there sincei droppedit off. Everytime I call they have an excuse as to why they don't have my watch ready and the repairs completed. I would not dare take an expensive watch to them because they broke my sapphire crystal out and said they sent it out for repairs. That has been over a month ago and they can't even tell me who they sent it to or where my property is, just that their watchmaker has it. A word to the wise, based on my dealings with them and their nonchalant attitude, I would never leave any expensive jewelry or timepiece with this company ever again! If they try to correct this situation and do what they originally promised, I will of course print a retraction. Today, March 13, 2019 I received my watch back repaired completely to their original promise! It has been three months since I dropped it off for repair, however, that was not entirely their fault. Their watchmaker had measured the crystal incorrectly and it created a situation/SNAFU where they were looking for a part that never existed. I am satisfied with the repair and completely absolve them of the mistakes that where made on my repair work. The only suggestion I have from them is to follow up with their phone calls from customers a little better and that should help prevent mistakes and misunderstandings like this from happening inhouse in the future. Read moreDo not go here. I took my broken necklace here and was promised it would be ready within a week; it was not. I was then told it would be ready the next day and after calling to follow up the next day the necklace still was not ready. I was then told again that my necklace would be ready the following day at noon. That day I drove to the store to pick up my necklace at the promised time and not only was it not ready, but the repairman wasn’t in store and wouldn’t be in for another 3 hours. I was told that my necklace would only take about 20 minutes to fix (which makes this situation even more ridiculous) and asked to wait. I walked the mall and grabbed lunch to kill time. After 3 hours I returned to the store and the repairman still hadn’t returned. Now I was told the necklace would be ready after I returned from my trip over the weekend and that I would be issued a refund when I picked up my repair. So, frustrated and annoyed, I left. After the weekend I went to pick up the necklace and, to no surprise, it wasn’t ready. However, this time I waited in-store for about 30 minutes while my necklace was finally repaired. After reminding the repairman that he promised me a refund I did receive that in the form of a check… I put the necklace on that night before going out and, before I could even leave home, it broke again in the same spot where it was “repaired”.
So after nearly 2 weeks and 3 trips to the store I still have a broken necklace. Save yourself the headache and just go to another jewelry...

With it being the first time the representative had to do this service for a wooden watch, it resulted in my watch being in multiple pieces. They directed me to Bobby at Fast-Fix in Lenox. He was amazing to work with. Not only did he explain to me what my options were, but he was super personable and transparent about all costs. The later, I was hesitant about when compared to the complimentary service Nordstrom offers. Though I never mentioned it to Bobby, I quickly reminded myself that the complimentary service I got from Nordstrom was what broke my watch in the first place. While I waited for him to fix the watch, I had the opportunity to see how well him and another worker, Blair, treated their customers. It immediately put me at ease to see the obvious rapport they have built with them.
