Probably the most unorganized group of individuals I've ever worked with. They convinced my fiance to order a custom suit...over $1,000. After measuring him, they ordered a suit to "fit him perfectly". When we heard the news that the suit was in store, we headed over. Once we arrived, they told us that we would have to come back because the tailor wasn't in. They NEVER mentioned that we would need to call ahead and confirm that she was in before heading over...They also mentioned on the phone call that we needed to come later in the day so that the tailor wouldn't be cranky. If we spent $1,000 on a suit, then their employees can show up and deal with working for the time that they are getting paid for with a SMILE on their face. We then scheduled to come in two days later for an appointment with her, to ensure that she would be in. We come in for the appointment 2 days later, and the tailor ISN'T IN YET. She came in late that day and no one had notified her that they had even scheduled an appointment for us to meet with her! We waited until she got there, and then he tried his suit on. (it took them 15 minutes to find his suit in the back because no one knows what their doing). When he put the suit on, the sleeves were 2 inches too short, and the pants were 3 sizes too large for him...... remember that the sales rep CUSTOM ORDERED THIS SUIT AFTER MEASURING HIM. So she marks up the suit and says that we'll have to wait another 10 days. I called ahead and made sure that the tailor was in, and they were very rude on the phone and said that I needed to give the tailor at least 2 days notice before coming in. I quickly told the employee that we had a ticket that told us to come in on THAT DAY that THEY had given to us. He apologized as he could tell I was upset, and I told him that we were coming in the next day. He assured me that the tailor would be there. We came in at 11:00 to give the tailor time to get there....and not to our surprise: SHE WASN'T IN YET. We waited another 15 minutes for them to find his suit (took two employees this time), and then an additional 20 minutes for the tailor. They had to call her and ask her where she was and why she wasn't in yet. Once the tailor came in, she looked at his suit and asked him what we needed done...we reminded her that SHE herself had told us to come back in so that she could finish hemming the sleeves and pants after she had done the rest of the alterations. She made the marks on the suit and told us that we would have to come back YET AGAIN to pick it up, even though she had originally said that she would be able to hem the sleeves and pants the day she marked them. Throughout the entire process, the sales team kept reiterating that our "custom suit" was the same quality as an Armani. Checked online and Armani's run much cheaper than their suit...we should have done research, and will definitely do so before making any other large purchases.
Never in my life have I experienced a staff this dysfunctional and rude. We won't be spending another dime at this trash-heap, barnyard explosion...
Read moreThis store has some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I bought 2 suits several years ago at the Men's Wearhouse in North Cherry Creek. I had intended to buy a couple of suits on sale as I don't wear suits often but the salesman at the time convinced me to pay more and buy suits that needed a bit of tailoring. My concern was that my weight fluctuates but he told me that if that happened I could have them re-tailored for free for life. I have put on a bit of weight. The suits are still wearable but a little tight so brought them in to this location to have them adjusted for a more comfortable fit. The VERY first thing the manager told me before I had even put them on, was that there was very little adjustments that could be made and I would have to pay for any alterations that were not re-alterations of previous work. This upset me and let him know. I told him that that was not at all what I was promised when I bought the suits. NOT ONCE in the conversation did he show any hint of concern that I had genuinely understood something from a Men's Wearhouse sales person that was may not have been true. In fact, his only concern seemed to be that my anger was upsetting HIS day and hurting his feelings by my lack of appreciation for his time. He said over and over that I had come into HIS store and was asking for HIS help as if HE was doing ME a personal favor by responding a corporate policy. I was so upset that I left with my suits and called the original location in North Cherry Creek. I explained to a manager what was happening and she invited me to bring the suits in. I was immediately greeted by the store manager who simply apologized for any misunderstanding, looked at my suits and said that they would alter them to make them fit as well as possible. I would strongly dissuade anyone who values courtesy and fair customer service from using this location. The manager seemed to think rudeness and arrogance are acceptable ways of treating dissatisfied customers. However, if you want excellent service, take the time to frequent the store in...
Read moreSexual harassment? Indeed! This review is quite a bit late but I had hope this location would fix the problem but they didn't so now I am leaving a review. Me and my husband, yes I'm gay, went to mens wear house to get fitted for our suits for our wedding we had in August. When we went to get fitted a man, Jeremy, was working and was told to size me. He proceeded to do so but while talking to me so disrespectfully while my husband wasn't even 10feet away. He kept mentioning how sexy I am and how hot I am. After what felt like 20minutes of this and me not feeling comfortable I was told to try on the clothes in the dressing rooms. As I was putting my clothes on JEREMY proceeded to look under the door!!! This was not ok. At this time in the dressing room I was alone too. After, i starred at my now husband and gave him a look that i was uncomfortable. We quickly wrapped everything up. Once we got outside I mentioned to him how I felt and didn't feel safe in there. The next day, I told the gm of the location what happened, he gave me half off of our rentals and mentioned how he was planning to fire Jeremy especially after how he has made tons of people feel. Months go by and I'm hesitant about going back in and so I call to see if Jermey was still there and he is. So much for firing him like you said you would. I recently went in and actually saw him there. This was the closest location to me but now I have to go somewhere else because this place is unsafe. Also they had to resize me numerous times. I told them my waist size and they didn't want to listen and kept insisting I was bigger than I actually was. A couple of days before the wedding I demanded they give the size I asked for and guess what it...
