Absolutely miserable company for the most OBVIOUS REASON: Congested traffic in Austin has always been a given all-of-the-time as I have lived in Austin 40 years.Tour Austin has a COMPLETE MISUNDERSTANDING OF THEIR JOB!!!!! TIME IS MONEY AND MEMORIES! YOU RUINED MY EXPERIENCE BY F-A-I-L-I-N-G the most important parts off your job:

1. Shuttle arrived at the Austin Texas Convention Center,,,, NOT @ The Austin Vistors' Center. EVERYONE WAS CONFUSED ON WHERE TO STAND AND WAIT for the shuttle ARRIVING A FULL 30 minutes LATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Shuttle was paid to arrive at 5:30, most of the riders were early at the unknown spot on Red River to meet the shuttle 5:15pm standing and waiting in the heat index of 103 degrees. We boarded at 6 and departed AFTER 6PM in RUSH HOUR TRAFFIC (THANK GOD no death and dismemberment or fender benders holding up traffic). Your extremely harmful Rep's behavior by repeatedly telling all of the riders "its on its way"s by failing to understand "Lombardi Time" : GOOGLE "Lombardi Time" if you are under 40 years of age reading this.
2. My 20 year old son and I were attempting to go to our first concert together. Your shuttle info said nothing about refunds but I require one. The drop off was so far away for the age group 60+ years old on your shuttle to see Doobie Brothers and SANTANA. (We arrived at 6:53PM, instead of 6:15 PM as we were supposed to board at 5:30. LATE ARRIVAL PUT US AT THE END OF AN EXTREMELY LONG LINE WHICH YOUR BUSINESS SHOULD HAVE KNOWN ABOUT AND PLANNED ACCORDINGLY!! You decision makers FAILED! WE ARRIVED TOO LATE to enter the EXTREMELY LONG LINE TO GET IN AS YOU ASSUMED YOU COULD GET THERE ON TIME!!!!!! YOUR Shuttle caused my son and I to miss ten minutes of the Doobie Brothers lead off band which was supposed to start at 7PM. We paid over $600 for this venue Doobie Brothers started at 7:10PM and we still missed ten minutes (2 songs) and were extremely angry. Like most people we wanted to De-Stress!!! TOUR AUSTIN REFUSES TO RESPECT TIME, OR ITS CUSTOMERS. WE were lied to by the person at the pick up who kept lying about the late shuttle bus's arrival time. The shuttle departed late as we waited for over 30 minutes past departure time for one late individual who never showed. Your literature clearly stated we were to be at a certain location: 30 minutes max after the event. We were there, parked and departed 1 hour after the event! UNACCEPTABLE!
3. I will continue to give TOUR OF AUSTIN NASTY REVIEWS ON YELP and all other social medias my 20 years old is aware of. I personally will be eyeball to eyeball making sure this complaint at the Better Business counts against your company unless I have a full refund of $62 in my mailbox before July 25th. I'm giving you 15 days to fix yourself and pay me! Choose $62 and I shut up, or send me A-N-Y $$ less and you will get thousands of dollars of NEGATIVE BRAND NAME MARKETING from a 40 year old Austinite and his UT HONOR STUDENT. I live in Lakeway and am a man of means as we know the rich and famous out here.GET TO WORK NOW BEFORE I DO IN !5 DAYS!!! I love my son and we desperately needed you to keep your schedule. Your driver could have been on time, but your logistics team plays numbers games to maximize profit for Tour Austin. Since you already know this, and believe only a few people will take the time to tell the truth, you are currently holding well over $62 for damage control and brand protection. I am persistent and will never stop my negative, but truthful marketing for you at the BBB and Social Media. Do not call me and attempt to diffuse me. As a 20 year manager of sales/marketing people, and other contractors......I 'll watch for...

We had a party of 10+ attend Wurstfest with this agency and I wish we never had. They were disorganized, giving us the wrong wristbands when we first arrived. They were unprepared, no music or entertainment on the bus, which was promised. But the biggest disappointment and most glaring issue, was when one of the guides, Dylan, inappropriately groped one of the members of our group while we were coming home on the bus. He repeatedly ignored our extreme concerns, and when shown video evidence of what he did, became hostile and argumentative. This continued even after we departed the bus and were preparing to leave the drop off point. We continued to be harassed even after me, and several other members of our group asked Dylan to please walk away and leave us alone. It is absolutely disgusting and despicable for a company to put these men in a position where they can harm and take advantage of women. This turned from a fun and joyful experience with lifelong friends to a traumatic experience where one of our loved ones was assaulted by a creep. My party booked a trip down to Wurstfest to celebrate a birthday and purchased tickets well in advance. When the time came to board the bus, we were asked to board an already full bus and that we were being taken to another bus with adequate seating. Shortly after boarding, we were told that we were going to have to stand for the entire hour+ drive to Wurstfest (I still don’t entirely think this is legal) and we were not given an option to opt out.

Upon arrival, they told us our solution was to take an earlier bus back that had vacant seating. This was a huge inconvenience to my already uncomfortable party. They did give us a 50% refund, but the service around it was truly unprofessional as they said multiple times that our experience “didn’t reflect them as a company”, even though the service they gave us was exactly that.

I heard from multiple people in other parties while on the bus going 70mph down the freeway that “if we crash (my party) will all die”. Very comforting.

Our asks for full refunds were denied. Please evaluate safer and more reliable alternatives to this company and their questionable practices. There are plenty of other great Austin tour...
