Trail covered in broken glass and trash, debris filled creek, homeless camps and tents lining the length of the trail, smelled horrible. Pulled my bike up and climbed out before I made it to the under-construction Waterloo Amphitheater park. Absolutely shameful that the City of Austin is letting what could be our version of a downtown Greenway and Riverwalk be...
