Shop 24 — Local services in Austin

I have lived in Austin for 6 years now and have never been in this store. It was super cold outside last week in the early AM and I was on my scooter. my hands were numb so I stopped in to see if I could get some gloves. Found a decent pair for not too much and figured I should get cigarettes. What a rip off. I was confused on my way back home why it was so expensive, but figured it was prob the glove... When I looked at the receipt I nearly fainted. Never in my 20 years of smoking have I ever paid $17 for a pack of cigs. I was ripped off perhaps the guy behind the counter thought I was visiting. Saw this on Google maps as a convenient store so I tried to go by to buy some sunglasses, but I was harassed by a crowd of displaced people, very heartbreaking to see folks in this condition but at the same time caused me to feel unsafe as the folks were certainly under the influence and blocking the entrance to the shop. 0 stars if i could I had a very disappointing experience at this convenience store. The staff were extremely unhelpful and seemed more interested in their phones than assisting customers. The store itself was poorly organized, with cluttered aisles and expired items on the shelves. To top it off, the cleanliness was unacceptable—sticky floors and unpleasant odors throughout the store.
