Free People — Local services in Baltimore

Free People has the best customer service. I shop online a lot, and have a bunch of returns when I order multiple sizes when I don't know what will work - and feel bad about that (but know I shouldn't). Never once have the girls there made me feel bad about that. (And you know it happens at other stores.) They're always so friendly and accommodating. The only draw back is many things are overpriced for the quality, which I've been told remote customer service might be helpful with, though i haven't tried that yet. The best in store experience I’ve ever had! I was frantically looking for “getting ready outfits” for my bridesmaids. I was in a bit of a time crunch and needed help. Rita, Emily and Tierney were amazing! From showing me every size available in the store, to adding name tags on each of the shirts, and beautifully packing the shirts...I was blown away by the customer service!

This will be such a great wedding memory for me thanks to Kayla and her team. I can’t wait to shop...

Every time I walk in this store I feel as if I am being profiled. There is a large white women with blonde hair who may or may not be the manager, I am not sure. But every time she is there I experience extreme discomfort and feel as if I am being surveilled. There are some black employees there but that does not negate the potential racism black customers experience. They will not get a single dime from me...
