Mrs.M's Summer House — Local services in Barnstable

My daughter and I were shopping in this adorable store as a first stop of a Hyannis shopping trip. Shortly after, while in another store, we noticed her wristlet, filled with $170 in cash, from dog walking, was missing from her mini-backpack. At that movement, an employee of Mrs M’s sent her a friend request on instagram with a message that they had found her wristlet at the store and she must have dropped it. There was no contact information in the wristlet , except for a middle school ID with her name on it. We returned immediately and this phenomenal young woman returned the wristlet, completely untouched and saved my daughter from a horrible experience. The lengths this employee went to find my daughter was commendable and impressive. We made a purchase of a lovely, quality necklace from the store and will continue to shop there each year when we vacation. I later found out that this incredible young woman was the owners Daughter. These are the type of people that I enjoy doing business with! They truly care about...

Great store to find really nice mementos from your trip to Cape Cod. They have all kinds of soaps, and creams, decorations, mugs, and bracelets, rings, chains, earrings. Excited to get a STEAL DEAL souvenir shirt for $15, only to realize once I returned home that I was actually ROBBED by Mrs M’s! The rack sign read CLEARANCE and it should have read FACTORY SECONDS since every shirt had Massachusetts spelt wrong. The extra E at the end really ended my vacation on a sour note. #BuyersRemorse...
