Edit2: you really just said that I can bring back an item with a receipt and I did exactly that and you guys wouldnât take it! The only thing you gave me was a 25% discount on another item that just so happened to leak as well! And first of all, I didnât dare go buy another product from another dispensary that you sold as well! You donât even know what I bought from the other dispensary to sit here and say that theyâre the same! Wherever theyâre selling audacity to you in bulk, I would love to know because I could use some! You clearly werenât even reading the review just trying to save yourself! Even missed the point where they have a 90 day return policy versus your seven day! Try again.
Edit : I made this review at about 9:40 AM. And Iâm updating it now at 9:56. I just came all the way to higher leaf dispensary and they have a 90 day return policy on their products! And they also hold your receipt in the system through your phone number so you donât have to carry that stuff around. And they have a discount section of their high quality items for sale that are still cheaper than the discounted high-quality items that Evergreen currently has! So all around just know, Evergreen is not the best dispensary!
This place is honestly a complete rip off! I moved here from Oklahoma where medical marijuana isnât even recreational so you have to have a medical ID! And I still have better luck with a state that has Stricter laws than them đ¤Ą. Iâve went to this dispensary about five or six times! Every single time I get a cart it leaks and is empty within two to three days! In the store it says you have a seven day return policy but when you show up, they say that it has to be at least 50% or more of the product left over! So they automatically will deny it even though the item is leaking, which is the reason why thereâs so much gone! The most that they gave me was a 25% off despite it saying that there was a seven day return policy and I came back within three days along with the item and the receipt.. I ended up buying another cart with a 25% off and long behold, itâs a different brand and it also leaks! I donât even bring it in because by the third day it was completely empty! So I knew that they werenât gonna take it. But I came and I told him my issue and the most that they could offer me was a different product that was already on sale for 20% off because itâs poor quality also! And then the top it off I canât even stack the 10% discount that Iâve earned with buying things on top of it. And then when I asked them how many points Iâve occurred after spending already over $150 in the store The only amount that Iâve occurred is 10% off! A complete rip off! They donât care about business and their product is trash! I spent around 50 on 1 g through dabstract and then I spent 40 on their panda brand! Which they say is their cheapest! You guys can literally go to kemp cannabis in Seattle and get a 1 g cart for 1/4 the price ! Itâs literally worth the drive because for the amount that youâre spending there you can get 4 g carts! And then I came in to take a picture of the only two sides that youâre allowed to take pictures of and the owner wanted to try to chase me off! I already told you guys I wonât be coming back you guys are clearly ripping people off! Iâm allowed to take pictures so I can leave a review. At the end of the day, maybe stick to your policy a lot better! Or maybe adding some fine print? The entire atmosphere when you walk in isnât great either. The only thing thatâs pretty about the entire building is the doors when you enter! After that, itâs just signs and trash product! They didnât even hear me out about the issue that I was having to try to make it better! They just offered me another product that was already on a discount because itâs also low quality! Just all around trash! Save yourself some money honestly because youâre gonna show up your products not even gonna be a quality or probably even work and theyâre not gonna give you even a proper...

This is the worst treatment Iâve ever had at any shop or store. I am mentally disabled and I need this product to prevent my seizures. When I went in I was asking the âmanagerâ who is a tall blonde guy with a beard (I forget his name) but not the real manager Justin, questions if I can buy a dab rig. I saw the rig on display on sale that I wanted. However, this employee was way too high and condescending to understand me, or want to work at all. I was extremely polite and direct with him and just told him what I wanted and pointed at it. He refuses to sell it to me because he said I wouldnât know how to use this product. He assumed I had no torch despite me telling him I had one at home ordered online. He said I have to go to the gas station next door to buy a torch and show it to him when I come back. I had walked all the way there in the rain 30 minutes because my car was being repaired and it was late at night, therefore I felt unsafe and told him this. He refused to listen and manipulated me into going to the gas station. When I walked there I almost got hit by a car due to being so confused and flustered. After that I returned and told everyone there I have a disability which is seizures and diagnosed autism can I please have my regular product and leave. He again refused to find what I wanted and said they didnât have it, despite me seeing it and showing him. Finally I had a seizure due to the stress. I was on the floor seizing and this guy was just still laughing and acting condescending. No one helped me the female employee whispered sorry but said she couldnât do anything to help because sheâs new. They threatened to call the police and pretended like I was not having a medical emergency. Finally I recovered and called for help and walked home crying. I tried to give them a second chance when the manager Justin apologized for his unprofessional employee and said his behavior was atrocious. However, this guy still works there. I had other issues here too. Last time I went the guy was refusing to sell me edibles because he said I donât have enough money. I gave him 140 and my total was 120. I kept asking him to recount my money as I knew Iâd already over payed. He kept refusing and saying then I should put back the product. Finally his manager said I think thatâs enough cash. Everyone knew he counted wrong but he acted like it was no big deal that he was trying to scam me for $20. Also, no one here knows much about the products. I get better recommendation from my friends. Finally, they are extremely sexist. Iâve been told so many times that products are ânot good for womenâ or that I canât handle certain products despite smoking weed for years and buying the same stuff almost every time. Also, an older male employee told me to wear less makeup when I came in (creepy). Overall the worst dispensary and customer service you can imagine. They need to fire allot of the staff and start over with the ones who actually take their job seriously. Or risk having no customers. No one ever really goes here anymore anyways. There is always more staff then customers and they still canât find basic products or count money correctly and the love to gaslight...
Read moreWhy do I have to wait in three separate lines to give y'all money for weed? Which one of you decided to try to revolutionize the basic process everyone knows for buying stuff in a store? I get waiting at the door if you're at capacity-- but since y'all don't seem to have a door person like every other dispensary, folks have to wait for the salesperson to be free just to get inside even if there were only two other customers. Then another line to be seen by someone with an iPad who doesn't even get your weed! For that, you need to get in another line and wait on another person who I guess just sits back there all day filling the iPad orders like a chef? I've probably been here a dozen times and when they're not busy, it isn't a big deal. But I've also literally just gotten out of line and left twice when it's busy and they can't handle it-- waiting 20 minutes to be seen, other customers wandering around confused where they're supposed to stand, and this completely inefficient system that requires three separate lines and a back house and front of house team of employees just to buy some pot.
Every time I go, I just stand in these three lines wondering who thought this was a good idea? Was it someone who ran a restaurant one time and thought "We should do that but with weed"? Some IT bro who thought adding another set of tablets would be a game changer? Some kind of master of bureaucratic deterrance at war with their own customers? Or maybe just another stoner, because this is definitely the kind of massively over-thought customer service "innovation" someone might dream up before passing out in a cloud of smoke.
I'll probably be back because let's face it-- but I'm definitely not...
