Purchased an Audemars Piguet 26420SO.OO.A600CA.01 Royal Oak Offshore from Eric months ago. Eric texted and confirmed it's a brand new watch from 2023, with box, booklets and everything.

Turned out it's a pre-owned watch purchased in May 2022 with some slight scratches on cases and lugs.

And there's only one rubber strap (should be two with new purchase, in different colors).

Eric was not there, but his man told me he'll get the other strap to me by "tomorrow"-----but I haven't received any update for strap till today, after a few months.

Eric talked with me about those situations and wanted to refund me $1,000 plus a new strap. I appreciated his willingness to solve the issue and accepted his offer.

Turned out he refund me nothing, and never get me the other strap after a few months. I texted him in both new and old number but received no response.
