Terrible service, unprofessional, & scammy!! I would never recommend this location. I don’t understand how a professional lash artist can let their client walk off with just the INNER HALF OF EACH EYELID attached to lash extensions and think that’s okay. Tanisha was SO unprofessional. I laid down, she looked at my lashes, and said she could complete the volume lash fill I scheduled. Instead, she said she “ran out of time” and sent me off with only HALF of EACH eyelid filled! She removed what other lashes I had and left the whole outer half of each eyelid BARE. One half volume lash filled, and the other half completely bare. There was no communication with me at all, at the very beginning of the appointment all the way through to the end, about her not being able to complete the fill. She even responded with, “Well what do you want me too?” I looked SO BIZARRE!!! I walked up to the front desk and they made me pay $88 (price of the volume fill I originally scheduled)!!! Tanisha told me she could finish the fill if I come back later in the day, which I did (it was SO embarrassing to be in public looking like that), and then she STILL wasn't able to complete the fill. The other lash artist that was there volunteered to help by at least removing them, since they had no time to complete the fill. I paid $88 for a lash fill and got them removed instead. I’m still in shock. They stole my money and time. What if I wasn’t able to come back due to plans or obligations?? I’m grateful I at least got them removed so I didn’t have to walk around looking like a CLOWN! I want my money back and to speak with a manager. I've already called twice and left a voicemail, but still no response. They made me feel so terrible. Worst lash...
Read moreI purchased a Groupon for Dulce for 3 waxes since it seemed like a good deal. The deal was good but the scheduling for this place was less than professional. My first time wasn't bad, I scheduled online and that was easy enough. The second time the waxing tech had to reschedule which every once in awhile is understandable. The third time she had to reschedule again which I agreed to. After this third appointment I made a fourth appointment. First, they usually confirm appointments via text and email. I never got a text asking to confirm, but I did get an email to confirm. You would think if they send you an email to confirm there would be a button to cancel or reschedule. I assumed because they didn't have such an option that if I just didn't confirm they would cancel my appointment. Like many other service places if you don't confirm and/or cancel they will call. NOPE not this place. And a few times I had called to schedule my original groupon, I would never get a live person therefore I wasn't going to waste my time calling.
Also, I suggest not scheduling in the office, at least if you schedule yourself online you have the option to go in and cancel your appointment (and save yourself the ridiculous no show charge). instead of calling an office that rarely answers.
My point is, if you are going to send an email to confirm an appointment and not have an option to cancel/reschedule then it should be assumed the appointment IS NOT confirmed. A service business should take the extra step to make sure they have customer centric service especially in this...

I went in for waxing and lashes less than a week ago. The waxing was great! super easy, very comfortable, very clean. There lashes? Not so great. The service itself was good, she got some of the glue in my eye and it burned for a bit but overall not bad. The issue that I have is after 4 days most of my lashes are gone. I have had lashes for years and never have I had them fall off so fast. I usually have them last at LEAST 3 weeks before I have to fill them. To say I am upset is an understatement. I look funny in the wedding pictures I had to be in as my right eye is less than half, and my left is almost at that too. And now I have to try and get in to see them before my next wedding that I should have been fine for I’m honestly going back-and-forth on whether to even go to this place again or not. If the lashes aren’t going to stay at LEAST two weeks then why am I paying for them?
Overall, the waxing was amazing and super easy. I 100% plan on going back to get that done. The lashes though, I don’t know if I’ll be going back for those. I wanted to like them, but if they can’t even stay on for two weeks, it’s not worth my time to pay every two weeks for lashes here when I can go to my old Lash tech clear up north in Mount Vernon and they stay on for 3 to 4 weeks. I just didn’t want to make that drive anymore since I live...
