Summer House — Local services in Bellevue

To echo what some others said, it was a really awesome experience from visiting the showroom, chatting with the sales folks directly, making the purchase, getting updates, and getting it delivered, unpacked, assembled, and trash hauled away. I worked with Kathryn Gegner and she was very knowledgeable, helpful, and remembered me and my situation (rooftop deck, etc.) each time I called in or she had to call me. I had to wait for a few furniture items to arrive for several months due to backorders and she kept on with the manufacturer to ensure the items were coming through.

I also paid for the white glove delivery of those items since they were being delivered up three flights of stairs to a rooftop deck. The guys who showed up to deliver (Robert Schooler and Nick Carroll) were super professional and really kind/accommodating the whole time. They even took time to ask how I wanted the furniture arranged, how to work the umbrella once it was in place, and did lots of measurements to ensure things would fit through doorways without scratching up the walls. They were very careful and thorough despite all of the trips up and down the stairs on a hot summer day, not just trying to rush the job through as soon as possible.

I spent a lot of time looking at patio furniture both in person and online because I wanted to love what I picked for our newly expanded patio . Pieces I wanted included a new dining table, sofa, chairs, ottomans and coffee table and wanted to make sure I was getting quality that could last in our rainy weather. At Summer House, Alyssa was so helpful educating me on metal verse teak, how to care for it, and helping pick the pieces that fit into my budget in a style I loved. Being able to see the quality in person and sit on chairs was very helpful. I also loved that Summer House is a local business and had been around a long time. The pieces were in stock and I was able to have them delivered a week later. Owen was the delivery driver, arrived at the beginning of the delivery window, set it up for us and was very friendly.
