FIRAASH FURNITURE is indeed a hidden gem in Bellevue. We have been looking at furnitures for our new home for quite some time and couldn’t find any that interests us. Then we causally visited Firaash furniture store at Bellevue and really liked the style and quality of the items there. The furnitures, esp couches can be customized according to our needs and the prices were fair. The only drawback is that it might take some time for the items to be delivered depending on the availability. But I liked the way the store solved this customer problem by providing them with temporary furnitures until the actual furniture delivery. We opted in for this and had a smooth sailing.

I would say the highlight of this store is Mac/Aslam. Mac has been in the industry for quite some time and very well understands the customer needs and how to provide the best service. His experience came in handy many a times in our case where he accurately estimated the size of our living room just from pictures and suggested the best fit couch. He is not focussed on selling the items, rather providing the best experience to the customers visiting the store. He goes above and beyond for the customers and we had one of the best experience at the store because of him.
