As expected with built-to-order furniture, the delivery did take some time. However, Lazzoni went above and beyond by providing a loaner sofa and bar stools during the wait, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction. The delivery team was efficient, working quickly and cleanly. They not only delivered the furniture promptly but also assisted in positioning everything to perfection.

The 3D plans provided during the design phase were impressive, but the final result surpassed our expectations. Our apartment is now adorned with stunning and functional furniture that enhances the overall aesthetic.

We just stumbled upon the Lazzoni store in Bellevue - I had never heard of the brand before, but I'm so glad we found them! After spending so much time lost in stores like West Elm, CB2, RH, and Room & Board, it's a breath of fresh air to see the clean and contemporary design aesthetic at Lazzoni. We worked with their lead designer, Michael, who mocked-up a model of our living room so we could see how everything would come together visually. Michael is amazing, he asked us questions, listened to our needs, showed us pieces and fabrics, and we collectively came up with a design that really reflected our style and budget.

A huge upside to working with Michael and the Lazzoni team is that they are not aggressive on sales AT ALL and the prices are quite reasonable for the value / quality. They let the furniture and quality speak for itself, and they really wanted us to be 100% happy and confident with the design before ordering. We ended up ordering furniture for our living and dining rooms, all made to order, and are so excited to receive our new pieces in several months. I accidentally walked into the newly opened Lazzoni furniture store in Bellevue a few months ago, and now I am a devoted customer and a huge fan of Lazzoni brand. I also love the customer service there. I worked with Michael on my orders, and he is amazing. Not only he has innate sense of style that is so important when you select colors and fabric textures for your pieces, but he is also 100% focused on providing an exceptional customer service. I have been in the store multiple times now, and he is always very personal, with a big smile, ensuring all questions are answered, and all design dilemmas are solved.
