Pacific Inn Apartments — Local services in Bellevue

First of all, I have to talk about the staff, especially T.J., he is so super helpful and just the greatest guy ever. We came in four guys looking for something urgent, and he went out of his way to get an apartment ready before time for us.

The apartments are fully furnished, we asked if they had an extra chair, and it got brought to our room within the hour. We asked if we could hang some coat hangers on the wall, and he told us that we couldn't drill holes in the wall, so we'd have to buy a standing one. Before we even started looking for one, T.J. had bought and assembled one for us.

We had no problems at all with smoke, the apartment smelled clean after housekeeping, but other than that, we did not experience any smells like one of the other reviews.

We never heard our neighbours or any noise at all.

The rest of the staff was super friendly as well.

The internet is okay, but we wanted to game, so T.J. gave us a number to their ISP and we got the internet upgraded within 2 days. For a fair price, and more than capable to...

I love this place. It is very conveniently located in Downtown Bellevue. Because of the location, I can walk to my work, market and cinemas. I live in Italy and travel to Bellevue and Seattle area every few months for business. This place fits the bill perfectly. It is well priced and it is extremely clean and I enjoy all the conveniences which come with the loft apartment. Fresh furnishings and all my utility charges paid included in my rent. Also included is maid that comes weekly. I use the gym almost every day. There is convenient laundry facilities and there's a garbage chute located on every floor. There's a business center. I’ve have had no issues with the free Internet and cable. The garage parkade is gated and secured and I do not pay for parking in Downtown Bellevue which a rarity. I stayed at Pacific Inn for a few months. The units were exactly as described, a bit more rustic compared to other housing options in Bellevue but the pricing, great location, and staff that were always helpful set it apart. Wifi and utilities are also included in the price and that only added more to the value of renting here.

The location is a short walk from the Bellevue transit center, Bellevue Square mall, and centrally located in downtown Bellevue.

Maintenance requests were fixed in a timely manner, the weekly house keeping service was a nice to have.

Moving out, I was able to get my refunded damage deposit in the end very easily. (unlike other housing I have experienced in the past)
