Friendly Neighbors: Excalibur attracts courteous and friendly neighbors. It’s a community where people respect each other’s privacy while creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Kudos to the residents for being great neighbors!

I recently had to break my lease at Excalibur Apartment Homes and wanted to share my fantastic experience, especially with the landlord, Tatiana. From the moment I moved in, everything was handled with incredible transparency and efficiency.

Tatiana's communication was excellent, making sure I was always up-to-date on any community news or events. She was particularly great with managing packages, ensuring they were always safe and accessible. Any time there was an issue, she was quick to respond and find a solution.

The building itself is currently undergoing some beautiful renovations with new paint and other updates, but honestly, it was already a wonderful place to live even before these improvements. The apartment was well-maintained, and any prior renovations were clearly done with care. My apartment in particular was renovated (not a classic finish), so it honestly looked amazing for the price point compared to other apartments.

I am changing my review from 4 stars to 1 star since I have lived here for 1 year now. The location is good and easy to get to but the building management feel like scam artists. This place has a terrible office staff. They do not tell you when your lease is ending if you need to renew or anything. It does say in the contract that if you do not give written notice within 20 days you cannot vacate and are responsible for the next month. They said they posted my room up for rent but did not do so when i gave written vacate 15 days before the end of the month, and paid for the next as well. They also did not any of my deposit. I cleaned the place for 6 hours and have over 100 photos of the place and they still charged 100$ for carpet cleaning, and 70$ for "basic Cleaning" which is absurd.
