Prada Bellevue — Local services in Bellevue

I had been in the store a year ago, as I was new to shopping at The Bravern. Recently I came back to check out what is new in the men's department. I was very impressed with the way we were greeted.

We asked for Allison (Store Manager) as she was the person I talked too on the phone about a certain sandal. She took us downstairs where Spencer was working (Met him years ago there) and he was so very attentive to what we were looking for, and suggested other items.

He offered us a cool beverage and then we started shopping. So many new and classic items to choose from. We spent a good amount of time looking at almost everything. I had purchased some new (season) shoes and sunglasses.

If they don't have it in store, they can always check stock and bring in whatever you want. They have periodic sales and we are going to go back and see them more often.

I bought the newest Prada backpack in Bellevue - The Bravern as well as a white purse. I would give the store a 5 star review!! The reason why I would give it 5 stars is because of Joshua, his customer service is everything you would expect and more. Joshua knows his bags, but more importantly gets to know and invests in his clients and their style. Joshua is also up -to-date with fashion trends, styles and timeless pieces. He went above and beyond and completely out of his way for me with his customer service numerous times and because of that I will always buy my Prada bags from him as well as highly reccomend him to all my family and friends, so...

This location has a wonderful staff who will afford each deserving customer their undivided attention, offerring valuable suggestions & options with each inquiry. Know the brand, what is current and what you like and they will be able to help you that much more. The staff are discreet, respectful and knowledgeable. It is a smaller location with two levels, accessible from the ground floor. The selection is typical of a Prada store of this size and on par with what you will find in Stockholm. It is not as large as the store in Aoyama(Tokyo) or Milan, so set your expectations...
