Been to this shop several times in the past. Maybe they’ve had a bad run in with theft recently.... BUTT, If you’re going to follow someone in your shop. Best thing to do on the customer service side is ask if customer needs help finding anything?!?. Blonde lady today made my daughter and I extremely uncomfortable. My daughter is 14! Really?!? How do you do that to a kid? No greeting as we walked through the door. And not personable at all! Experience here today was not all that great. Best spend your $ where sales associate are welcoming, warm and not profiling you!? If that’s not the case, she better brush up on her customer service skills. Called to speak to the owner apparently and she brushed it off. “Oh sorry for your bad experience here, have a great day” look lady you are not the issue here. Way better place for even a few choice crystal stone options or jewelry over the silver 'crappiest' otter. Soothing atmosphere. Decent customer service though one gal on my few visits last time I was in town seemed to have a look down on you attitude, My experience with the other gals was normal and pleasant. I have shopped here a lot & supported this store. The people have always been helpful & friendly. I’m recovering from major back surgery And I went out today to do some work with my service dog. Some old Lady with gray hair came up to me and told me that I’m going to have to take my dog and leave.
