Haven Home Style — Local services in Bend

I have been in this shop downtown several times in the last year. The vast collection of quality furniture lines and accessories they have are lovely, just feels like home - like the name. My observation having been in a lot, is that the staff is just ok. Some are warm and friendly, some are aloof, pretentious and a bit awkward. Overall, I have been able to connect with some more than others so this really hasn’t been an issue for me. I could see how some people are turned off. At times the floor conversation isn’t as professional as it could be among the staff talking through issues in front of customers. The depth of knowledge among the staff varies widely and some have a better design eye than others. Perhaps more product training and clear company culture development would be helpful to align better with their name - Haven Home Style. Since Bend is fairly limited in quality home furnishing options, I would recommend going into Haven Home Style, they have a lot to offer, just know that the staff is a bit inconsistent. First Lexington sectional was made wrong. It should never have left the factory. Haven Home stood by us and the defective sectional was fully replaced, but it took months for the new one to arrive. Haven also made sure we got a free cushion upgrade for our inconvenience, which was a nice gesture.

When the first sectional was delivered, they scratched the floor and didn't put it together correctly.

This storefront is a very chic home décor store that you'll be wanting a lot of items from. Most of the items in here are very, very high quality and unique.

The thing about home décor is, everything is what you want, not what you need. And this place will make you want to pick up everything. Even if you're a man who is married and decorating the house isn't even something you're into.

In other words, there are styles of items that will appeal to both men and woman.
