I was profiled by an older lady working Veterans day, Nov. 11th 2024. As a veteran and with my wife currently serving in the Air Force, we decided to spend the day at Big Bear with our one-year-old son. Me and my wife entered the store with our son in his stroller and as we were browsing, the older lady at the checkout station gets up out of her seat and orders me to zip up a bag hanging on the stroller. She goes on to tell us to literally, and I quote "not steal" because there are cameras capturing all angles of the store. Mind you, we had not touched a single item since walking foot in the store.

They have no compassion or patience. Horrible store! By the way, if your cheap stones are so "precious," maybe you should just lock them up in a safe instead of using your imagination to discriminate against children. Honestly, it’s...

Donna, the store clerk, is very helpful even kept the store open late for us to make our purchases. 10/10 would recommend if you happen to be...
