Be careful! They took 2 of my diamonds .68ct and .67ct and replaced them with .3 ct diamonds. When I knew for sure what he had done, he admitted it, and said come in and I'll give you money for the value, then got an attorney and refused to make good on his promise. I wouldn't trust leaving any valuable jewelry with him.

My dad used to work as the local barber since we started living in Big Bear after moving there when I was 2. I remember growing up I would often visit Wings, as they were next door to my dad. I’m now 27, and can confidently say that Wings was and continues to be outstanding with customer service, business, professionalism, and most importantly, HONESTY. Knowing the family personally, there is nothing I would not trust them with. As a customer, there is nothing I would not trust them with. It is sad to see people post fake, dishonest and misleading reviews about a family business, where if you’ve visited or done business with this family- you know that claim is extremely off the mark.
