I don’t think I can ever say enough great things about LaunchSource. As I conducted my own research on opportunities in tech, I realized that breaking in as a BDR/SDR would be the best route. I stumbled upon LaunchSource on LinkedIn and was pleasantly surprised at how proactive the whole team is. I was immediately contacted and guided through the process of setting up my profile. From there I was invited to many different coaching sessions. I then interviewed with two different companies. I think I was only on the platform for about 1-2 months before I had an offer. I was completely blown away at how well things worked out and how quickly. Sansaka is one of the most involved CEO’s I have ever met, and Amanda always made herself available to help. I applied for a job and was meant to have a phone screening interview for 2pm they rescheduled 7 mins before the call. The call was meant to take place the following day and they no showed for the call and to make matters worse they didn't respond to my email to see if they were going to call.

I followed up the next day to see if they wanted to reschedule and they still didn't respond. To be transparent this is unscrupulous, ill-mannered and unprofessional during times where unemployment is so high.

I would of been more appreciative if they told me in the first place I wasn't qualified or if they emailed me and said they weren't going to go ahead with the phone screen for whatever reason. You would expect more from a company who are trying to bring on and retain new clients. If this is what they're going to do for someone who is willing to provide value to their business I can't imagine what they're like with their employees...
