Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Bozeman

Arrived just as the app said pizza was ready for pick up. There were 3 other people already waiting but nobody even offered to help any of us for at least 5 minutes. We were told that the app “is an estimate of time” when we said the app said our pizza was ready. While waiting for my pizza, the girl making the pizzas went to the cash register and got out cash for a driver then immediately went back to making pizza without washing her hands. I watched a man run his hands thru his hair 2 times and go immediately to making the pizzas. There was a stack of pizzas on the shelf and without asking any of us waiting, now 5 of us, they put the pizzas in the warmer. After another 20 minutes of waiting, now total of 30 minutes in the building, someone asked my name and he went to the warmer to get the pizza. Pizza was lukewarm. Ordered online on the evening of 1/9/20 around midnight, everything went smoothly until pickup. It was a late order so when I got there and approached the lobby it was closed for cleaning and a sign on the door directed me to the drive through window. I then had to wait for five to ten minutes for any kind of service, despite obvious looks from the two employees that I saw and several attempts to knock on the window. After being served I was given the weak excuse that your employee thought I was going to walk all the way back to my truck and pull up, despite the fact that he had looked at me standing at the window over several minutes. Upon coming home and inspecting my purchase, I also discovered that they didn't include any of the sauces that were ordered for the sides. Never going back, will be pursuing some...

We normally order from papa John's as we usually have no complaints of the pizza just the delivery time! Usually after 15 min past delivery time I call. So I did 20 min after I should of received my pizza. Only to be rudely spoken to and then my pizza was burnt and cold... our garlic knots were burnt and cold... and the pizza box tops were covered in greace. Our garlic sauce is still cold and had to heat up to use it. Our last pizza was thankfully not burnt but was cold!!!! We live 6 min away from the store.... no need to for this at all! And then to have horrible customer service. So no tip was given to the driver. As it was "on its way" on the tracker for 20 min!!! This makes since to why we have cold food!!! Thanks papa johns!!! We will not order again. Not worth the $$$$ to have burnt...
