Do not waste your money here!!! I’m a local and bought a 250 dollar turquoise ring and it cracked after one month of wearing it. I went into the store to try to exchange it or get my money back and the owner was extremely rude and accused me of dropping it and said there was nothing she would do. They don’t stand behind their quality. It’s a tourist trap if I’ve ever seen one. Go to Head West downtown if you want turquoise that is actually good quality. I’ve had plenty of turquoise rings that have never cracked like that before. I am pretty sure they sell fake jewelry, that’s why they don’t do returns. This place scams people, don’t fall for it.

I only gave this one star, cause I had to. I just left Zsa-Zsa's (first time in there) and thought it was beautiful. I found a few things I had to have. As I'm checking out, my mom asks the cashier a question about a stone and the woman (with a thick accent) sharply tells her to wait. My mom is shy and sweet and simply left after feeling attacked by the cashier. I could forgive this woman for that, but she kept going. After my mom left she tells me with an attitude, that my mom is an impatient woman. That's was enough for me. I told the woman I did not want to give her my business and I returned the items I just purchased. If you want a successful business in this town, be a kind person. It's that simple. The owner was absolutely wonderful. We traveled to Montana earlier this year, and I wanted to purchase more pendants like the ones I bought when we were there... I couldn't find the exact pendants online so I messaged the owner on Instagram and she helped me (despite me being no doubt a pain in the butt!) and took the time to pick out exactly what I wanted. When my husband and I were there in person, the woman working at the shop was also extremely friendly. This is service you just don't get anymore!
