I had went thru the drive-thru approx a week prior to this visit. It was after 11pm when we ordered our food. We had ordered 5-soft tacos w/no lettuce, 3-hard tacos n 2-bean burritos w/no red sauce, a steak quesadilla and 1 order of the 4 piece cinnabites. Once we got home we had received 5-soft tacos w/lettuce and maybe 1 tablespoon of meat, the 3-hard tacos had 1 tablespoon of meat (if that) w/no lettuce, the 2-bean burritos had red sauce, the steak quesadiia had a total of 4 small strips of steak on the entire quesadilla and for the cinnabites, you or I could literally squeeze the grease out it. I called and spoke with the manager (James I think). He was very polite and apologetic. He told me to come back when it was convenient and the complete order would be replaced (considering it was all wrong). Well Sunday it went to Taco Bell to get the order replaced. There were 2 employees working. The lady that waited on me was as "RUDE" as anyone could possibly be. I had explained wgat had happened, the order #, managers name etc. When I asked about the sour cream she rudely asked What was wrong with that, I replied Nothing but the order was 2 b replaced n I had got thar on the side. For the cinnabites she said we'll their deep fried . I said I am aware of that, I've not known for them to be so greasy. She had made Snyde comments about the previous Mgr which I feel was unprofessional. I don't know their company policy but I feel as if James is taking his job serious. The lady acted as if it was putting her out by replacing the order. I did say to her, I didn't mess the order up so you shouldn't be so rude. I don't feel as if I was out of line by saying this. I usually have the order correct with great customer service however, she needs to be retrained or find a job...
Read moreNot sure where to start. The entire experience was horrible. It all started with a wait in the drive thru. After about 15 mins of the line not moving I decided I would park and order from the mobile app. Did that and had to wait about 25 mins before my "Ready Time". Went in to pickup and nothing was ready. Waited another 10+ minutes and still nothing. Asked about it and they said I was still on the "second page" and it'd be another 10+ minutes. I gave up and told them to give the food to someone else or not make it. I would see about a refund in the app. The lobby was full of people waiting 30mins+. The drive-thru was wrapped darn near into the street. There were bags of food that people abandoned just sitting around behind the front counter and on tables in the restaurant. The trash was over flowing on the front patio, and the staff seemed very unkept. There were signs saying they were out of 10" tortillas. No one was manning the front counter consistently. I would like to push the blame to the managers and owner, but even the staff working the drive-thru and the line seemed to have no sense of urgency. It was like they was content with getting orders out when they could and they continuously kept rotating to take breaks. I rarely write negative reviews and I am not sure I have given out a 1 star before, but this Taco Bell location was working hard to earn it. The owner and manager should be embarrassed. Read moreWell today I had the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I went through the drive through and ordered a crunchwrap with black beans instead of beef, and no cheese. Being plant based this is the only fast food chain I can order something so it's always something I look forward to. I drove home, opened the crunchwrap to put some sauce on it, and there were refried beans instead of black beans and CHEESE. So of course I drove back to the restaurant with my receipt. Everything was correct on the receipt and they had just somehow messed up... Anyway, they were going to remake it for me. Well I ended up standing there waiting for 30 minutes. I thought maybe they had forgotten about me but I tried to be patient. Then after waiting that long, one of the employees finally thinks to tell me that they are out of black beans and it'll be another 30 minutes.... So basically they had no black beans but failed to tell me that when I ordered it, and also failed to mention it when I brought the damn thing back. They made me wait there clueless for half an hour before finally deciding to tell me they could not complete my order. The person who ordered after me also ordered a crunchwrap and she got hers in about 5 minutes. They did not offer me a refund either. I didn't bother waiting anymore and just left.
