While in Branson my army veteran husband’s service dog got sick and had diarrhea in his shoe. To make matters worse, we were far from home, on Friendsgiving, and my husband with his size 16 extra wide feet only had one pair of shoes. In a panic I called several places that told me “due to shipping issues we don’t have much. We certainly don’t carry that size above and beyond”. I called Casual Male XL and spoke with Danielle. She was cheerful, upbeat, and said “absolutely we have that size”. After I shed a thankful tear I told her we would be right down. Upon arriving I sent my barefoot husband inside the store. He was greeted by Danielle with 4 options of shoes in his size. He felt awesome. She was amazing. I cannot thank the staff enough for their quick response, thoughtful gesture in being prepared, and overall ability to be the calm in our Thanksgiving storm. The store was amazing. Great...

I went with my family because im 6ft8 and figured they may have shirts that fit me. Im 6ft8 235. I started to look with my wife and before we could even look fully at anything, an employee comes up and says to me "we wont have anything that fits you here" and that "even the 1xl shirts will be too big in the shoulders" I continued to look some just to see and didnt get much further before she basically said they dont have clothes for me there. I dont understand how you could say that to someone who was there to buy clothes from you and give your company money. I wont be back. There are plenty of other big and tall shops that would have actually been helpful to me regardless of the clothes size. Get better employees and train them...
