Eddie Bauer Outlet — Local services in Branson

We called to return exchange a Christmas gift over a month ago. They gave us instructions which we followed and even added a letter explaining what the customer service rep said. They never sent us anything in return. Just gone. Confirmed the return arrived. Customer service acknowledge the screwed up and refused to do anything but offer a small discount on the purchase of a new item. DO NOT BUY gifts from Eddie Bauer. We have spent over three hours on the phone and several different "supervisors" and are getting very little hope. They do not do what they say they will do. NO trust in their service...

One of my favorite places to shop for clothing. I love Eddie Bauer jeans and the prices are so reasonable at the outlet. I've gotten some amazing deals there. The only thing I don't like is they don't always have the cut I wear. The staff is outstanding and they always go out of their way to help.
