Today is Jan 1st. I was just in the store. Walked out angry because of the condescending tone of the young man. I asked him some questions about leather gloves. Was extremely rude with his answers. I was ready to buy 4 pairs but decided not to because of him. He either assumed I couldnât afford the gloves or was just too tired to answer my questions. He told me to go do my research. Buddy, be a salesman and YOU do the research on what youâre selling. I feel bad for the owners as they might be losing a lot of business because of this guy. There are plenty of others stores in town that would love your business. Donât waste your time and money at this place.
Update to your response, owner:LOL⊠are you serious??? I had my two daughters with me that know for a fact there was no interruption whatsoever. You are delusional. It was me and the most disrespectful kid behind the desk having the glove conversation. I politely waited til he was done with a customer to ask questions. Screw you. Hope your store doesnât go under. But if it does, you know youâre just unwilling to see the reason why and that is your customer service. Good luck.
FYI the store was pretty empty. No line. Quit your lies and be a professional business owner. From what Iâve read on your other responses, youâre an immature person that doesnât like the truth.
P.S. you wish there wouldâve been a line of customers but there wasnât. Iâd say there was 5 people in the store. And they werenât in line to pay like you stated of my interruption. My boyfriend picked up a pack of beer that was sitting in their storage room type area (which is the entryway to the store with signs pointing to walk through this area) and when we walked up to the counter the cashier immediately started giving us unwarranted attitude. He said âwhereâd you get that!? Do you normally just walk into storage rooms and take anything off the shelves??    Read moreWorst experience we ever had in terms of costumer service. The employee on duty was shouting and screaming at us to see my ID when I was doing nothing wrong. I know the Colorado law but still as I was not buying the alcohol there is no need to shout at me while my father was in front of her ready to pay, she could have just asked me like a normal human being. She didnât ask for any other IDs even though she kept shouting at me that she needed the IDs from everyone on the party when I asked why she was so outraged. After showing my ID (Iâm 28!) she still refused to sell us the two bottles of wine, instead she continued to shout and scream at us and insulted us in the worst way.
