I’m disappointed with the experience my partner and I had during our recent couples massage at your establishment on 2/15/2025.

When we entered the massage room, we noticed two beds already assigned to the therapists. My partner chose one, and I naturally took the other. It quickly became apparent that the male therapist did not want to work on me, leading to an awkward standoff between the two therapists. Eventually, the female therapist switched to my bed, but by that point, the uncomfortable atmosphere had already set in.

This experience made me feel embarrassed and unwelcome. I was left wondering if it had to do with my appearance, which is unacceptable in what should be a relaxing and judgment-free environment. Instead of leaving refreshed, I left feeling ashamed and disappointed.

We went to Breckenridge on a family vacation and decided to get a couple's massage while there. After a little research, I found Breckenridge Mountain Massage. The prices were reasonable for a tourist area and the receptionist was so helpful on the phone. When I told them we were coming from out of state and could only go on a certain day, the owner came in specifically to make sure we were able to do a couple's massage at a time that worked well for our schedule. They went above and beyond, making the experience memorable. A shy, yet sweet, dog greeted is at the door. The massage room was quaint with local artists' paintings on the wall and plaid drapery cloths on the massage tables. The tables were also heated - great for a December massage!...

I've had a lot of massages, and this was definitely one of the best ever. On vacation in Breckenridge the week before Christmas 2019, I decided to book myself a massage while all the boys in the family were snowboarding. I compared several spas in town, their menu of treatments & upgrades, their staff, their prices & reviews (and where was availability). Mountain Massage was very easy to schedule exactly what I wanted. Corrie was my therapist and she really went above and beyond, tailoring my time not only to what I had said I wanted, but by interviewing me and getting into it, improving upon it as well.
