DO NOT BRING GARMENTS HERE. I never leave reviews but found this was absolutely necessary. This was the WORST experience I have ever had with a tailor.

I brought in my maid of honor dress to be altered, only at the bottom to shorten slightly, as it was too long. When I arrived, they set it up to be hemmed for 3.5" heels. When I went to pick-up and try on the dress, it was too short before I even put any shoes on, much less when I put on heels. I had to buy completely new shoes, as they altered the dress THREE INCHES TOO SHORT.

Better yet, when I went to pick up the dress, I was informed by the two people working that the only person who does any tailoring there was "out of town and unreachable", aka no one could or tried to even attempt to fix the problem.

In addition, I had cups put in that were hanging within the dress, only attached by a thin thread on each side.

The hem was completely jagged and I had to bring it into a different tailor to release the hem in a last minute emergency. The other tailor was shocked by the horrible work that had been done.

I would never recommend this company. They did not even offer a full refund after they ruined my dress. Absolutely terrible...

I purchased two suits from Macys and decided to have them Tailored at Greg's. Both suits were ruined and now I can't wear them. I was charged a very high amount to have them Tailored and when I came to pick them up NOTHING had been done to one of them so I had to wait another 2 weeks. They lost my work order and tried to charge me again as well. Both suits were taken in so far that I canno't move in them. I took one back and explained what needed to be done. I was told they would fix it. I waited for 3 more weeks and when I returned to try it on again NOTHING had been done to the suit.. it still was way to tight. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. Not only did I throw away $178 to have two suits altered. I also now have two suits I cannot wear. Expensive, slow, never call when ready, shoddy...

Had curtains done here before. Hemm was slightly off but they didn't see it and denied it. Not noticeable so let it go. Today I needed a dress hem. Waited 30 mins listening to a conversation how they altered a dress so much it didn't fit, then obviously didn't quote a price for two suits intake on pants and jacket so the high cost they then quoted after spending 30 min placing pins all over these suits were being pulled out as the customer ahead of me wasn't willing to pay. Then I was victim to the same scenario except I was previously quoted for my dress but my price chg because it was two layers. So now it was more than what I paid for the dress. AND it would have taken 8 days to get it back. No thank you. Poor customer service followed by highway robbery. Won't be back. Get a quote 1st...
