The experience was fine but not 5 stars worthy even though I really wanted it to be The staff was nice and helpful and friendly however the trays that we got for projects were disorganized, messy, kind of dirty and incomplete (ie not all the letters of the alphabet in every font which makes it hard to personalize anything and very limited images and graphics to use as stencils/etching stencils).

Also the activities just didnt seem particularly well thought out. Ie glasses that aren't dishwasher safe. Not a huge deal just a bit of a bummer.

It was fine but certainly could have been way better had they put a bit more thought and...

My sister and I came to celebrate her birthday and had high hopes for a fun afternoon! Unfortunately we were very disappointed! The staff seemed to have no idea what was going on, and it was extremely disorganized and chaotic. We chose to do the jewelry making and we came to find out they had hardly any supplies. The necklace we made has tarnished after 4 uses and is unwearable... not to mention the staff dropped the beaded bracelet I made on the floor and ruined it! This concept has a lot of potential, but was not worth the money in...

Such a cool place! I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fun activity. They have an entire menu of crafts to choose from and it can be as guided (or as independent) as you’d like.
