Terrible customer service. Manager was rude when I politely asked about the return policy and interrupted me multiple times. Passive aggressive attitude. The employees were having personal conversations around customers, which I find inappropriate. So focused on talking, they didn’t even realize I walked in the store. Inventory is cheap and overpriced. Returns are only store credit. Don’t waste your time, go to Apricot Lane Boutique instead (great inventory and staff). If you are going to spend your hard earned money somewhere, spend it in a place who treats customers with regard and respect.
