Terrible customer service. Manager was rude when I politely asked about the return policy and interrupted me multiple times. Passive aggressive attitude. The employees were having personal conversations around customers, which I find inappropriate. So focused on talking, they didn’t even realize I walked in the store. Inventory is cheap and overpriced. Returns are only store credit. Don’t waste your time, go to Apricot Lane Boutique instead (great inventory and staff). If you are going to spend your hard earned money somewhere, spend it in a place who treats customers with regard and respect. The clothing that I purchased from this store, I found the exact outfit online for half the price they sell it for!! I would not recommend anyone to shop with them also because of the return policy they have is the worst I have ever seen!
