⭐️MUST READ⭐️ I am appalled by the owner’s unbelievable unprofessionalism. When I was in store purchasing one of the adorable prints by a local artist, the packaging of the piece I wanted was super dirty and ripped. So, I carefully replaced it with the packaging of another as I was going to be taking the piece home far away and needed it in protected packaging. I, of course, checked out, got my print, and went on with my trip. However, just recently I stumble on this boutique’s tiktok to scroll and find the owner had posted a tiktok the morning after I was in the store that they were stolen from. She posted the empty wrapping to the poster claiming someone had ripped it open and stolen the item. I had set the damaged plastic wrapping and the print directly together away on the shelf where they are displayed, so I have a hard time believing that she didn’t see the print that was to go to that package sitting right there. If she bothered to check her security cameras she’d realize that no one took the item. Or to check her sales for the day and see that the “missing” item was purchased. I can even provide her with my receipt. It seems she just wanted to go and make a tiktok saying her small business was stolen from for pity, and she sure got it. This is just disgusting I was so unbelievably shocked by this post that she made with NO proof. It’s just mind blowing. What a shame because she does have an adorable store in a perfect location, with cute clothes and I’d love to see such a cute small business thrive in Charleston. But maybe she just needs some assistance in managing and handling things in a more professional manner. I hope she gets that and that this is a...

really cute boutique, but be careful buying things here because it’s return for store credit only. i found that the dress i purchased was less than half of the price i payed here at every other boutique online. i emailed and instagram dmed the company as i was leaving charleston the next morning and wanted to see if a full return refund was possible. i’m a college student who wasn’t thrilled about paying far more for a product than it was worth. the owner agreed to process the refund for me, so i went to unsend my instagram dm as the issue had been resolved. i found that i was blocked from the boutique’s instagram. this unprofessionalism seems to show that the owner doesn’t have respect for those who aren’t more than willing to pay her prices and that’s what made we want to write this review. grateful to have my refund tho and hope they do well as a business...

What a delightful shopping experience! Savannah helped me during my visit and I’m so grateful to her. She was as warm and helpful as a sister would be. I wasn’t sure what I was looking for, but was willing to branch out of my comfort zone. Savannah helped me pick out a couple pieces to try as well as helped me check the fit when trying it out.
