Claire's — Local services in Chicago

I glad this location is still around and centrally located for me to get to by public transportation. I went in today seeking nose studs and this location had plenty. The cashier was helpful and the place was well stocked with a variety of jewelry accessories to choose from. I have always been a fan of the deals where you buy two or three and you can get two or three for free. Today I was able to purchase one set of nose studs and was able to purchase a second case of nose studs for half the price. You can’t beat those deal and Claire’s has been my go to for years but over the many location have closed its doors here in Chicago area. The Water tower location is the only one left here in Chicago and hopefully it will continue to do...

I bought nose piercings less than 24 hours ago at this store. I wore one of them last night and the jewel fell out and another stud lost the jewel just in the box in my bag. Absolutely shocking poor quality. I am currently in the store and they are refusing to refund or exchange the $15 for the faulty items. I understand and respect the final sell for a body piercing but not when it breaks within a day of purchase and wear. I would not recommend these items or this store to anyone unless you want to deal with the incredibly disrespectful customer service...

Horrible experience never shop from this place. The first time I went here for ear piercings and they were very unprofessional. The gun got caught in my ear and they literally yanked it out ( very painful). Additionally recently I purchased a Lokai bracelet, which immediately broke when I put it on. Two minutes after the purchase I went to go RETURN IT, and they said no! I had the recite just without the sticker on it. Very disappointing and ripped off. Waste of time and money...
