Beach Comfort — Local services in City of Long Beach

So easy to book, set up, and take down! I booked through thier website, arrived at the beach and walked up to the umbrella "stand" which was very visible and right near the entrance (I actually saw it before entering the beach), gave them my name, and they set up the 4 chairs & 2 umbrellas in 5 minutes. At the end of the day, the attendant just collected all the chairs/umbrellas at 5pm. We left right as they collected them, but they said even if we had left earlier, that we could've just left all the stuff there to be collected at 5pm. They took out all the parts I dislike about a beach set up (transport to & from my apartment, storage in apt, carrying another heavy & unwieldy thing covered in sand, especially when walking over sand), and for a price that was pretty good! They act all nice and courteous, sweet talk you and charge you crazy prices for umbrellas and chairs. You're like hey I guess it's worth it, I mean it's better than burning up in the hot sun. They tell you the umbrellas are yours, all day. So while you're relaxed and reclined in your chair they come back and tell you they have to close the umbrellas because of some phantom winds that only they see/feel. Not only are your beach days ruined because of this but they also have the nerve to tell you NO REFUNDS!! Never again will I fall victim to...

The worst service that I have ever experienced. Demanding double the price that was written on the board for umbrellas and forcing us to move to accommodate them. They have hired a bunch of entitled, lazy, rude, teenagers (I think one of the names was Ethan) thinking they can get away with anything. So glad I didn’t give them a dime....
