Christine was meticulous and professional. She called the day before to confirm our appointment. Similarly, she called to keep us in the loop as she searched for parking the day of the appointment.
When she arrived she had a full-size photocopier in tow! She setup her computer and copier and explained that she was unfamiliar with the documents we were signing, so she researched them in advance as well as reached out to the company for clarification on the forms she was unsure about. During the signing, since she hadn’t heard back, she called them again to get clarity.
This was the level of care and professionalism Christine had throughout the signing. After she double checked the accuracy of our documents, she scanned them into her copier, labeled each file in our presence and sent the copies off to their intended recipient(s).
