In June, my wife and I went for a walk and discovered that on Wednesday’s, there is a great farmers market on Court Street in White Plains. We have made it our Wednesday morning ritual but now we drive since we live to buy the fresh peaches, apples, and delicious tomatoes from the wonderful Farber’s who are bringing their freshly picked produce in from their farms. In addition to the farmers, there is a knife sharpening vendor, who has rejuvenated our knives and gardening tools. They have vendors selling everything from vegetarian wraps to steak sandwiches. To our delight, the Farber’s are all masked and social distancing is strictly enforced. Their chimichurri sauce was grossly full of oil! Never ever! Next to the empanadas was a stand with sausages looked very appetizing, so I wanted a sandwich ...for over 9.00 dollars they refused to giving cooked onions, they just want to put roar onions so I said no thanks! Love to sharpen my knives for 7 dollars a piece, but I felt Mike could do a much better job. Loved the Cooper faucet soap and oils, a little pricey but good products! And I really loved the stand that sells dry tomatoes ufff they are to die for....
