This was by far the best yoga experience our basketball team has ever had. Michelle was amazing. She took time to prepare for our session prior to our arrival in Clearwater. We had a large group of girls- 39 to be exact! The girls, though apprehensive at first, thoroughly enjoyed the experience. They learned about mindfulness, visualization, and relaxation techniques that will help them get to the next level in their game. We will definitely see Michelle again when we return...

Michelle was very accommodating for our small group. The yoga instruction was clear and directives were designed to appeal to any level of yoga. She was light hearted and kept the energy flowing.

Even on a foggy morning, the setting was still beautiful and actually helped us get into the chill mode. We HIGHLY recommend Beach Yoga.
