AGGRESSIVE, IMPUDENT, DISCOURTEOUS, AND RUDE OWNER, MIKE.

Will NEVER give this establishment any business ever again. I'm Absolutely appalled by the owner of this establishment, Mike. I have a temporary disabled parking permit, due to a Tbone accident and the 3 resulting surgeries. We parked in the handicap spot at Wings and were walking to the trash can (opposite side of the parking lot) before going in the store. While doing so, the owner, Mike came outside and was not only IMPUDENT, DISCOURTEOUS, and downright RUDE but was also INCREDIBLY AGGRESSIVE. He came outside and immediately asked why we parked in the handicap spot (even though both my foot and right arm were visibly casted) and asking if I had a handicap permit. I told him yes I did, that it was hanging on the rear view mirror. MIKE THEN CALLED US, THE CUSTOMER... RUDE because we had walked past the entrance of the store (mind u we were throwing trash away before heading inside), before going in. I explained that we were heading in to his store, after throwing out the trash, then heading to the pier briefly. He said we would have to move the car as soon as we bought something, because it was "his private lot". His lot was completely empty when we parked and there were other handicap spots available right next to our car so there were plenty of spots for other customers. I explained that the other handicap spots were full and that we'd only be at the pier briefly and asked if it was ok to park there since we were also heading inside his store to be paying customers and his exact response was "NO. IF YOU DON'T MOVE YOUR CAR THEN I'LL CALL THE TOW COMPANY, EVEN IF YOU ARE HANDICAP. I'VE DONE IT BEFORE AND HAVE NO PROBLEM DOING IT AGAIN." I told him we didnt appreciate the way he was treating us and that there was no reason for his aggression and attitude. I told him I knew my legal rights with the handicap parking permit, and that since there was NO SIGN stating that the handicap parking spot was FOR HIS STORE ONLY, that I was legally allowed to park there and that I would call the police if he didnt stop being so aggressive. His response was "I DONT CARE. GO AHEAD. CALL THE COPS. IN THE MEANTIME I'M CALLING THE TOW COMPANY."

Needless to say the cops had to get involved, there were pictures and statements documented, and we DEFINITELY DID NOT wind up buying anything after the way he treated us. I have shopped at that store many times and have always recommended it for tourist/beach gifts, but I WILL NEVER AGAIN STEP FOOT IN THAT STORE OR TELL SOMEONE TO GO.

I've never been treated so poorly in my life. I can only hope he doesn't treat all customers, especially those needing to use the handicap parking spots,...

Just had the worst experience. Went in to do some normal shopping and noticed a man and a woman who seemed to be hanging shirts and organizing the racks. The man whispered to the woman loud enough for me to hear "that girl looks like she is about 15" to which she snickered and said "yes she does". I was the only one within close proximity to them. Not that my age is any of their business but I am 28 years old, thank you very much. I get this a lot though, that I look younger so I am used to it but I am used to people telling me to my face. This was a very odd way to go about it especially from people who looked middle aged. (But you don't see me snickering about that!) Then a little while later I heard him say something like, "does no one know how to hang clothes back anymore?" And she said "no this new generation of people don't care." That did it for me. I put my stuff down I was going to buy and left. What awful people run this place????? Just be prepared if you go in to listen to people talk crap about their customers. I usually don't review things but this really left a bad taste in my mouth. I've been in customer service for 11 years, so maybe I expect people to act a certain way, but wow this...

My uncle took my dad and I here for some souvenir items to bring back home with us from our afternoon at Clearwater Beach. I mainly was focused on moisture wicking long sleeve shirts in neon peach orange color and my dad was looking for kids hats and small shirts for my niece. I didn’t find any SPF /moisture wicking long sleeve shirts but I was able to find my neon peach orange long sleeve shirt. I would recommend the store with having more Athleisure clothing for your customers especially at the beach! Kids clothes- honestly it was a challenge to find small shirts in this store. My dad had to get the last one on the manikin. I would recommend the store to stock up on kids sizes because customers bring their families when shopping or think of their families when purchasing. They do not offer military discounts either which is a negative in my opinion. I did like the fitting rooms in the back of the store. Great customer service overall! Overall, it was an okay experience but honestly for this large store I expected...
