Michaels Custom Framing — Local services in Clermont

I have always had a good experience with the framing done at this location. This time was not a good experience. When I went to pick out frames and matting for 2 pieces of needlework I had done, I made sure pieces were clean and well pressed. I specifically said I wanted double matting with white on inside and the color on the outside. I paid for the two pieces to be done and was told would be ready the 25th of September. On the25th I called because I hadn't heard from anyone only to be told there was a shipping issue so wasn't ready and an email would be sent. I understand shipping issues can occur, but, at least call your customers. I received a call on the 27th in the evening that my pieces were ready and went to pick them up on the 28th. Neither piece was double matted,which apparently I hadn't been charged for. When I got the pieces home they hadn't been stretched properly so they have some wrinkles in them and on one piece the matting on the sides is narrower than the top and bottom. This is definitely not what I have experienced...
