Went in to get a jacket for a destination wedding. We were clear with them that despite the wedding being on the 7/21/2025 that we were leaving on 7/17 and needed the jacket before then. We called about a month out and were assured they had our info and the jacket would arrive on time. They also said that bringing the jacket back late would be ok just let the associate know the situation. 1 week before we leave, wife calls and insists they look in the system to make sure the jacket would arrive before we left for Mexico. The person was put out because, “he was making coffee” and would have “walk over and check the system”. He confirmed indeed they had it wrong, jacket was scheduled to arrive 7/18, weeks would be on a plane. They had to call and rush it. Jacket arrived Monday 7/14, drove the hour to pick it up. It was too small even though I was measured. They over nighted one in. Picked up Wednesday and it was wrinkled beyond steaming. WE had to iron it ourselves. We were once again assured the late return fee would be waived, just let them know we were traveling. I dropped it off today and of all things was scolded because they said I needed to call them yesterday to let them know it would be late. That was the last straw. I am thinking the agent is now rethinking that decision to scold me. I Will NEVER EVER do business with any Men’s Warehouse ever again. Completely rude and...
Read moreI have been happy with MW prior to this experience. 7/31- went on-line saw that MW opened at 11AM. Made arrangements for childcare and showed up at MW. Childcare was an issue as I had limited time to get to MW, get measured, and get back in time for the babysitters other obligations. Door is locked and sign says open at noon. Did everything else that I could while waiting for MW to open. Waited almost 40 minutes after my errands were done. I unloaded on the manager Stephen Munguia. He informed me that this was the first day of the store hour change and that MW HQ knew about the hours issue on the website and didn't bother to change it before forcing the stores to change their store hours. Stephen and his crew did a great job but, when your company doesn't take care of the basics of customer service (like posting correct store hours), it's pretty hard to make up for it. Very dissapointed in MW HQ for doing a sloppy job and inconveniencing customers in the process (There were three other guys waiting in the parking lot and a few others that drove off). Yes, I was back late and yes, my babysitter was late to her next obligation. Upset babysitter and...
Read moreI’ve had a terrible experience so far with the Men’s Wearhouse in College Station. From the very beginning, it’s been one issue after another. When we first set up the account for our wedding, the staff member clearly didn’t know what he was doing — and ended up setting up the entire account incorrectly. I spent over two hours during a separate visit just trying to fix that mistake.
On top of that, the current promotion of $60 off a full suit rental was not applied to any of my groomsmen until I personally went up there and pointed it out. I, the bride, have had to go to the store every time one of my groomsmen went in because something always seems to get messed up.
At this point, I’m questioning why there’s even an account setup process if it doesn’t ensure accuracy when people come in to be measured. The lack of training and attention to detail is incredibly disappointing. I really hope the suits come in correctly, but based on the experience so far, I won’t be surprised if they aren’t.
If things aren’t right by our wedding day, this store will absolutely be hearing from me again — and I’ll be contacting...
