The girl in this picture is rude and puts off any question in the fastest way she can. I pick up 2 games went to pay and they were the “wrong price”… I said which ones are the right price? She said “idk” I look for a bit more and then grab 2 more games, one being the original Spiderman from the PS5 with a preowned price of $18.99 and when I went to ask a question of “is this a remake or is this the original ps5 one” and she interrupted me, took the game, and then said “oh it’s definately not that price anymore” and put it away from. How freaking rude. 3 games I selected prices were different from the ones on the shelf. I was given a piece of paper to check “sale prices” by the cashier which was also incorrect. The final thing that put me off was me asking “can I go grab tiny Tina’s real quick and add it to this order?” And she replied “even if that one’s on the shelf we don’t have it”. Cmon.
If you made a mistake just own up to it. Don’t downgrade your customers over shopping a bit longer than most when looking for games. Really am put off by this experience and...
Read moreWent online to order a game for pick up. 2 minutes prior to that, I spoke with a young lady who informed me 2 were in stock and that I couldn’t place a hold for it over the phone, but I could place a pick up order and I’ll have 2 weeks to pick it up. Not even minutes later, the order was placed and I received a confirmation number. 5 hours later, I received a notification saying my order was cancelled and did not realize I had received that email until I was in the store, ready to pick it up. What are the odds that a game that was currently in stock when I spoke to someone and in stock two minutes later after for me to order AND receive a confirmation for, is now gone? The two games that were in stock were then sold with one being literally snatched from me. Don’t offer curbside pick up if you’re just going to sell that person’s item to someone else before they can even arrive for the pick up. Had a better experience at the Petersburg (crater...
Read moreWeirdest interaction today ever , came in to do a trade in couldn’t take some games and 2 controllers no big deal but whole point of coming was the console and she refused to reset it and take it, so with us taking Lyft and uber , yeah we were pretty pissed , then proceeds to give us a gift card with the cash from trade ins on it, saying she can’t give us cash because it’s over $50, so not only did we have to take a ride back home but we had nothing to show for it because the gift card she’s proclaiming can be used at atm cannot even be used for uber eats or DoorDash. My family decided at that point we’re only going in if the manager is there. I think she saw other customers coming in and was trying to rush us out, if that’s the case then you need more than one cashier working. Ended up selling everything on Mercari and got moneys worth. Thanks for wasting our...
