Public Notice: The Columbus City Board/District and affiliated school facilities are currently under investigation for violations of state, federal and ADA law.

A criminal referral has been forwarded to the Franklin county prosecutor.

Complaints are currently filed with the US Justice Department, Civil Rights Division.

The Board/District, it's affiliated facilities, Members of the Board and four employees are named defendants in a pending Case in Federal Court.

The violations consist of failure to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Violations of state and federal law regarding the treatment of Senior Citizens, Citizens with Disabilities and other vulnerable persons.

The criminal referral names employees of the board/district for committing criminal assault and for violation of Federal law statute "Title 18, USC SEC 241, (conspiracy against civil rights)

Additionally, the board/district is under investigation for racially motivated hate crimes.

Senior Citizens, Citizens with Disabilities and other vulnerable persons should avoid contact with the Columbus City Board, District and it's affiliated facilities.

BEWARE!!!!!!!! Attention Greg Summers I had to sue the school board for not bussing my children to school. A settlement was reached after the States attorney got involved. When the settlement checks finally came no banks including Key Bank would cash the checks or deposit them. 5 Employees assaulting a reporter in the public lobby is outrageous!
