I almost died in this establishment on 7/19/25 due to fentanyl exposure IN THIS CLUB & instead of trying to help me, call 911, or even ask if I was okay, the staff kept telling my husband "get her out of here, she has to go, she can't be in here, get her off of the floor"...I do not do any drugs, I don't even smoke weed. I had one shot and one drink that I didn't even finish and collapsed twice out of nowhere within an hour of being there. I'm not blaming Noir for the exposure be it could have been from anyone in that club, but I do blame them for their lack of care and response as I was dang near dying on their floor. Do better!! Ppl spend money with u that keeps ur business running, the least you can do is offer help when it's needed but all you care about is getting them out of there so it doesn't look bad on your business smh. Thank God for the patrons who helped my husband take care of me until I was able to be helped out to wait for the ambulance. Be careful who you spend your money with, these ppl do not care about you!!

There definitely was an emergency reported, complete with an emergency squad right out front attending to me before taking me to the hospital. My husband was attempting to tell you all what was going on and that I wasn’t drunk but the workers did not care and just wanted me taken out of the establishment. I did NOT say it could have happened anywhere because I didn’t go anywhere but NOIR I said just what I was told at the hospital, it could have been on anyone or anything INSIDE of the club that I came into contact with. I also said, I didn’t blame the establishment for this happening to me because there’s no way you know what everyone brings in there but I was disappointed by how the establishment handled it and the lack of concern or help received from the establishment. Even patrons were helping but no one who worked...
Read moreI was really excited about this place when I discovered them fall off last year. Mostly due to grown, sexy, and polished crowd that seemed to frequent the place. Unfortunately the past THREE times I’ve gone - it’s been disappointing and different 😕
I came for RnB night on my first visit, and the vibes were amazing. When I came again they were blasting trap and drill so I turned around and left. Mind you it was around 1130. I only bring up the time because.. last night for “Afrobeat” night I was told it started at midnight (umm ok) and then when 12a came the lackluster dj announced it was “International Night” where he mixed in hip hop, etc. The venue has clearly pivoted to cater to a more lucrative audience. And I want them to win as a minority owned establishment. It’s just sad to see them abandon the crowd that they started out with.
I’m not even from here and promoted this lounge to SO MANY locals with raving reviews. I really wanna give it ⭐️⭐️ but I’m not going to ruin the rating of a BO biz. I hate to see it, but I guess it has to make 💰...
Read moreIf you're looking for the loudest place to spend your weekend in downtown, this is the place for you. Noir Lounge has been an absolute nightmare to live near. They show no consideration for neighbors, blasting music so loudly that it shakes the walls of our apartment, even a block away. The bass is relentless, making it impossible to sleep, with noise starting as early as 7pm and going past 2am every weekend. When the bar finally closes, it’s not over, guests linger in the alley, playing music from their cars, which only adds to the chaos. Not even earplugs help. Living near this lounge has been one of the most disruptive and frustrating experiences I’ve had. It would be greatly appreciated if the lounge could show some consideration for the surrounding neighborhood by controlling the volume or, at the very least, keeping their doors closed to contain the sound. Informing guests not to play loud music outside after closing would also make a...
